Meet at 10:00 at King George V station on Pier Road, E16 2LH.

We will start at King George V (DLR) south side, then walk south to the Thames, where we pick up the Capital Ring and walk north to Gallions Reach (DLR). It is an industrial, post-industrial and regenerating landscape, and will be more a “come and see what we can find” walk, although we should see Tall Nightshade Solanum chenopodioides, Nettle-leaved Goosefoot Chenopodiastrum murale and plenty of Jersey Cudweed Laphangium luteoalbum plus some coastal species along the Thames. There are shops and cafés at Gallions Reach for food, drinks etc.
