This is a repeat of last year’s meeting.

Meet at 10:30 in the pay and display car park at Horton-in-Ribblesdale BD24 0HG, Grid Ref. SD807725.There are public toilets in the car park.

A walk to see the Purple Saxifrage Saxifraga oppositifolia at one of its few sites in England. It grows on the limestone outcrops below the summit of Pen-y-Ghent, one of the Three Peaks of Yorkshire.

The timing will depend on the weather in March and early April and the walk will only take place if conditions are suitable. Register your interest and you will be informed of the date when known. (The date shown is merely an indicator as the software demands that a date is entered!)
