Eastbourne, East Sussex.
Meet at 10:30 at the Holywell Tea Chalet, King Edward’s Parade, Eastbourne BN20 7XB. This in the Meads area of the town on the lower promenade at the foot of Beachy Head.
This will be a walk along Eastbourne Promenade from the Holywell Tea Rooms to the Pier. The aim is to find native plants and garden escapes on the walls, beach and shingle.
Walking will be along the promenade, the beach and the shingle.
Bring a packed lunch, waterproofs and stout footwear as most of the walk will be on shingle.
