We will spend the morning exploring the BBOWT reserve at Cholsey Marsh, hoping to see Grass-poly Lythrum hyssopifolia, along with a range of typical Thames-side species.
In the afternoon we will drive to Garsington, Grid Ref: SP573027, to a newly acquired local nature reserve, consisting of derelict fen, willow carr and grassland, where we will do some simple recording.
Boots, preferably wellingtons, will be appropriate. Numbers limited to 20.
